Managed IT is billed monthly at a fixed rate per user or per device, so you know what to expect. Projects, hardware purchases, and onsite work outside your plan are quoted and billed separately. Our standard managed IT agreement is 12 months.
Just submit a request or give us a call. We'll set up or remove the user, handle their licenses and devices, and update your billing to match.
Email [email protected] or call 814-499-2119 (call or text) or toll-free 888-279-9776, weekdays 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern.
Yes. Nonprofit organizations receive significantly discounted pricing on managed IT. Contact us for details.
Fully managed and co-managed IT for growing businesses.
Managed IT means a dedicated partner takes care of your technology for a predictable monthly fee. That includes supporting your team, monitoring and maintaining your systems, protecting against threats, and planning for what's next. Read the Managed IT Guide for a complete overview.
Break-fix support is reactive: you call when something breaks and pay by the hour. Managed IT is proactive: your systems are monitored and maintained continuously, so many problems are prevented or fixed before they disrupt your team, for a fixed monthly cost.
Exact coverage depends on your plan. See Managed IT plans.
Plans are priced per user per month and start at $59. Device-only monitoring is also available. Use our cost calculator for an instant estimate.
Yes. A standard 12-month service agreement outlines the terms of service, what's included, and our response commitments. If you only need occasional help, on-demand support has no contract.
Yes. Managed IT is especially valuable for businesses with roughly 10 to 100 people and no full-time IT staff. Not sure where you stand? Take the free IT Health & Readiness Assessment.
Yes. With co-managed IT, we support your internal staff with tools, after-hours coverage, security expertise, or extra hands for projects.
We review and document your environment, set up secure admin access, install our monitoring and security tools, and introduce your team to the help desk. Urgent risks, like missing backups or unprotected accounts, are addressed first.
Security is built into the service: endpoint detection and response, automated patching, email and web filtering, backup monitoring, and continuous oversight. Threats are caught earlier and gaps don't go unnoticed.
Expert help when you need it, without a long-term contract.
On-demand support gives you access to real IT experts when you need them, by phone, email, chat, or video, without a long-term contract.
On-demand support is there when you ask for it. Managed IT adds continuous monitoring, maintenance, security, and planning, so problems are prevented rather than just fixed.
You can pay as you go by the minute, or choose a flat monthly per-user help desk plan with unlimited access to our experts. See on-demand plans for current pricing.
Our help desk is available around the clock, and about 96% of issues are resolved remotely, often within minutes.
Absolutely. Many clients start with on-demand support and move to managed IT as they grow.
Licensing, setup, migration, security, and support.
Microsoft 365 is a cloud-based suite of productivity tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, business email, file storage in OneDrive and SharePoint, and, depending on the plan, advanced security.
Most businesses that handle sensitive data are best served by Business Premium. We're happy to recommend the right mix.
Yes. You can combine Basic, Standard, and Premium licenses so each person has what they need.
Each licensed user can install the apps on up to 5 PCs or Macs, 5 tablets, and 5 phones.
As a Microsoft CSP partner, we handle licensing, setup, and billing, and expert Microsoft partner support by phone or email is included with all business plans. You get one point of contact for licenses and help.
Yes. We plan and handle migrations from other email providers, Google Workspace, and on-site file servers, scheduled to minimize disruption to your team.
Not in the way most people expect. Microsoft keeps the service running and offers limited retention, but deleted, overwritten, or ransomware-encrypted data may not be recoverable. We recommend a separate Microsoft 365 backup for email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.
Copilot can save real time, but it can surface anything a user already has access to. Review file sharing permissions and set an AI use policy first. Our AI Readiness Checklist walks you through it.
Assessments, protection, compliance, and training.
An assessment reviews your systems for vulnerabilities and risks, then gives you a report with prioritized recommendations. Options range from a basic review of your attack surface to a full assessment with in-depth testing, or a custom evaluation that includes compliance modules such as HIPAA and frameworks like NIST, CIS, and CISA CSET. See assessment options.
Check your business against our free Small Business Cybersecurity Checklist.
Traditional antivirus looks for known threats. Endpoint detection and response (EDR) watches for suspicious behavior, can stop attacks it has never seen before, and lets security staff isolate an infected computer immediately.
Yes. We help you understand which requirements apply (for example HIPAA, PCI DSS, or the FTC Safeguards Rule), put the right controls in place, and document them, including the MFA, EDR, and backup requirements many cyber insurance policies now include. For legal interpretation, we'll work alongside your attorney or compliance advisor.
Yes. Security awareness training helps your team recognize phishing, scams, and risky behavior. Start with our free Cyber Safety Basics guide and see our training courses.

Hosted servers, private cloud, storage, and backup.
Hosted infrastructure provides servers, storage, and networking over the internet from secure data centers, instead of equipment in your office. The Cloud Solutions Guide explains the options in plain English.
With hosted infrastructure, the hardware, power, cooling, and physical security are handled for you. You avoid large upfront purchases and replacement cycles, and your team can reach systems from anywhere.
Your workloads run in data centers operated by major infrastructure partners with PCI DSS, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 certifications, using encryption, firewalls, and intrusion detection. You can choose regions across North America, Europe, and worldwide to keep data close to your users.
Yes. It's often the simplest way to replace an aging server without buying new hardware, and it scales up or down as you grow.
Yes. We assess your applications and data, plan the move, and migrate in stages to minimize downtime. Our Cloud Migration Readiness Checklist helps you prepare.
Cloud systems keep running, but you'll need a connection to reach them. We recommend a backup internet connection with automatic failover for any business that depends on cloud services.
Cloud desktops your team can reach from any device.
It's a complete Windows desktop, with your applications and files, that runs in the cloud and streams to any device with an internet connection.
The desktop lives in a secure data center instead of on the device. There's less hardware to maintain, updates are handled centrally, and your team gets the same desktop wherever they sign in.
A dedicated desktop (Desktop as a Service) gives each user their own resources. A shared remote desktop server streams sessions to many users from one system, which is often more cost-effective for similar roles.
Office apps, specialized business software, and collaboration tools. We'll confirm compatibility and licensing for your line-of-business applications before you move.
Company data stays in the cloud, not on the device. You simply disable that user's access and keep working.
Yes. Resources, applications, and security settings are configured to match each role and your requirements.
Hosted business applications, managed WordPress, and VPS.
Your business applications run on a secure central server in the cloud and are delivered to users on any device, without installing them on every computer. Shared and dedicated options are available.
Often, yes. Many desktop business applications can run on a hosted application or remote desktop server. We'll confirm the software vendor's licensing and hosting requirements first.
Managed WordPress hosting uses an environment tuned specifically for WordPress, with performance optimization, security, updates, and backups handled for you. Shared hosting leaves most of that to you.
Yes. We take care of operating system updates, security patches, and performance optimization as part of the service.
Yes. Virtual private server (VPS) options let you choose resources and configure the environment your application needs.
Yes. We can migrate your site and help with domains and DNS. If your site needs a refresh, see Web App Development.
Business phones, video, messaging, and SMS in one system.
Unified communications as a service brings business phone calls, video meetings, messaging, and SMS into one cloud-based system your team can use from a desk phone, computer, or mobile app.
There's no phone system hardware to buy or maintain. Everything is hosted in the cloud, so it's easier to add users, work from anywhere, and control costs.
Yes. Number transfer is free, and we'll coordinate the move so calls keep flowing.
Features vary by plan. See communications plans.
Yes. With our Teams integration add-on, your team can make and receive business calls directly in Microsoft Teams. It requires a Microsoft Teams Phone license.
Yes. Integrations are available for popular platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, Zendesk, Clio, QuickBooks Online, and Zapier, plus Microsoft 365 and Google calendars.
911 service is included, and we'll register each location's emergency address. Virtual fax and analog fax support are available too.
Most business internet connections work well. We'll check your bandwidth and network settings before you switch so call quality stays clear.
Nationwide field services and Smart Hands.
Our technicians handle installations, repairs and replacements, network and voice cabling, site surveys, and project support at your location.
Smart Hands provides onsite technical help for tasks that need someone physically present, like hardware installation, cable management, equipment reboots, and troubleshooting.
Nationwide. We work with a network of vetted IT professionals so we can dispatch technicians to locations across the United States.
Submit a request through the customer portal. We confirm availability, create a work order, and dispatch a qualified technician. You'll receive progress updates and job notes along the way.
Onsite services are typically charged by the hour and billed per incident, with an invoice issued when the job is complete. Rates depend on the type of work. See onsite service levels.
Internal IT teams, other managed service providers, data center clients, and businesses with equipment at remote sites, including multi-location retail, hospitality, and manufacturing organizations.
Strategy, planning, and technology leadership.
A virtual Chief Information Officer is an outsourced technology leader who helps set IT strategy, plan budgets, and make technology decisions, without the cost of a full-time executive.
Small and mid-sized businesses without a full-time CIO, organizations going through growth or digital change, and regulated industries like healthcare, finance, and education.
On a schedule that fits your business, typically with regular planning reviews each quarter and support in between whenever a decision comes up.
Absolutely. We shape the engagement around your goals, schedule, current systems, and budget, from a one-time assessment to ongoing leadership.
Practical AI adoption and business automation.
They're practical uses of artificial intelligence that save time and improve decisions, like automating repetitive tasks, summarizing information, drafting content, and spotting trends in your data.
Start small: pick a few repetitive tasks, make sure your data and permissions are in order, set an AI use policy, and run a pilot with a small group. Our AI Readiness Checklist covers each step, and we can guide the process.
It can be, with the right choices. Use business-grade tools with data protection terms, keep confidential information out of free consumer AI apps, and review who can access what before enabling tools like Microsoft Copilot.
Messy or scattered data, integrating with existing systems, getting staff comfortable with new tools, and setting clear rules for responsible use. Planning for these up front makes adoption much smoother.
Set a goal for each use case before you start, such as hours saved, faster turnaround, fewer errors, or better customer satisfaction, and review results after 30 to 60 days.
Consulting is billed hourly, and larger projects are quoted up front. See AI consulting for current rates.
Business websites, custom web apps, portals, and integrations.
Business WordPress websites start at $599 for a starter site with custom content and forms. Custom application development is billed hourly and scoped up front. See web development options.
It depends on size and how quickly content is ready. A small business site can move quickly, while custom applications are planned with a timeline and milestones before work begins.
Yes. WordPress makes it easy to edit pages, posts, and images, and we'll show your team how. We're also available for updates whenever you'd rather hand them off.
Yes. We offer domains, managed hosting, routine maintenance, security, and unlimited support, so your site stays fast, secure, and up to date.
Yes. We build secure portals with role-based access, so each user sees only the content and tools meant for them.
Yes. We integrate with CRMs, ERPs, payment platforms, forms, and other business tools to cut down on manual work.
