What is Microsoft 365 Business?
Microsoft 365 is a cloud-based suite of productivity tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, business email, file storage in OneDrive and SharePoint, and, depending on the plan, advanced security.
Which Microsoft 365 plan is right for us?

How many devices can each user install Microsoft 365 on?
Each licensed user can install the apps on up to 5 PCs or Macs, 5 tablets, and 5 phones.

Does Microsoft back up our Microsoft 365 data?
Not in the way most people expect. Microsoft keeps the service running and offers limited retention, but deleted, overwritten, or ransomware-encrypted data may not be recoverable. We recommend a separate Microsoft 365 backup for email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.
