These are IT support services delivered directly at your location, including installations, repair/replacement, network data/voice cabling, project support and management.

Customers submit an onsite service request from the customer portal. The request is reviewed and forwarded to a pool of qualified providers that serve the requested area or region.
Upon verifying the availability of service and receiving confirmation from the onsite technician, a work order is created and dispatched to the provider to fulfill the requested work.
The technician will be provided with all the necessary documentation and contact details for the onsite visit. The technician will provide regular progress updates and detailed job notes. This information will be available in the customer portal attached to the particular onsite service ticket.
Our services can be customized to meet your specific needs. Typically, onsite services are charged by the hour and billed per-incident. You will receive an invoice upon the completion of each onsite job.
